The room was clean and despite being in different building than the breakfast area there wasnt any issue going from one to the other, the location is good u can get to water bus in a 5min walk.

The location was ideal for a quick pop in during the day and late night stops in Piazza San Marco listening to the music. The room was cozy but had more than enough space for us. Our breakfast was included and it was a great way to start each day

Location was excellent - pretty much on San Marco Plaza, close to restaurants and transport. Size of the room was OK for Venice. Staff on breakfast duty worked hard to keep up the service and maintain the room.

The best place to stay in Venice. It is quite in the heart of Venice. The room was great. We had a triple one. In reality we had 2 rooms. Everything was great and we really enjoyed it. San Marco is right there, you have the chance to really feel Venice atmosphere.

The room stank of the toilet as soon as I opened the door. Terrible service by the woman whos only solution was to spray the room with fake smell. The room looks nothing like the pictures.

The hotel had everything I needed for my stay. The location is very central and easy to get around. The staff, especially the man at reception, are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. The lobby area had tables and chairs which was a nice, quiet place for takeaway lunches. The room had good air conditioning. Even though it is such a central location I did not notice outside noises from inside my room.

The location was good, right next to the Piazza San Marco. The hotel right in front and this one share a check-in desk so don't be surprised if a worker from the other hotel welcomes you in.

The toilet didn't flush. They couldn't move us to another room until the next day. Someone came to fix the toilet. It flushed once but didn't work after that. The next day we were moved to another room.
